AeroRadar Live is a flight tracking and aviation information app. This policy explains how AeroRadar Live handles information when you use the app, sign in, save profile data, track flights, or use connected services such as Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or phone authentication.

Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, AeroRadar Live may collect or store:

• Account information from Firebase Authentication, such as user ID, display name, email address, phone number, profile photo URL, and sign-in provider.
• Profile and app data, such as saved searches, tracked flights, favorite airports, alert preferences, map preferences, and sync status.
• Authentication and security data needed for sign-in, session management, SMS verification, and multi-factor authentication.
• Technical diagnostics, such as provider status, app health, feature flags, and support logs when you choose to share them.
• Approximate or device location only when you grant location permission for map centering, nearby airport features, or travel assistance.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
• Sync saved flights, searches, settings, alerts, and preferences across devices.
• Provide flight tracking, airport board, weather, and aviation information features.
• Protect backend services from abuse and unauthorized access.
• Improve reliability, diagnose issues, and support users.

Authentication Providers

AeroRadar Live may allow sign-in with Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and phone authentication through Firebase Authentication. These providers may share basic profile information with AeroRadar Live according to your provider permissions and account settings.

Secrets and Provider Keys

Paid aviation provider API keys and backend credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager and are not stored in Firestore, public web files, or the Android app.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, authentication providers, and aviation data providers to operate the app. Information may be processed by those providers only as needed to deliver app features, authentication, hosting, analytics, security, or support.

Retention

Account and profile data is retained while your AeroRadar Live account is active. You can request deletion of your account data using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.

Your Choices

• You can sign out of the app at any time.
• You can revoke app permissions through your Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or device account settings.
• You can disable location access through your device settings.
• You can request deletion of account and profile data.

Children

AeroRadar Live is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
